This test will:
- Verify the flow of water from the stream to the GDI inlet points.
- Check the internal leveling of the GDI to maximize retention capacity.
- Validate the planned overflow point (lowered curb or overflow sump).
- Observe the accumulation of residual water in the stream after the test.
- Assess compaction and substrate quality through infiltration.
